Staff Training
We believe continued professional development to be crucial in ensuring practitioners have an up to date knowledge and understanding of how children learn and use this knowledge for self reflection and improved practice throughout the setting.

We use staff supervision and peer to peer observation to highlight areas of development and training and set aside funding to enable this.
​
We understand that self reflection is critical in the development of our setting and continually adapt our environment to support children's interests and needs.
​
We use an E learning package as part of our on going CPD to update our knowledge in areas such as the EYFS, Understanding and Addressing Behaviour and Self Reflection.
